Because embroidered and printed items are personalised to your specification, custom-branded orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started, except where the item is faulty or does not match the approved artwork proof.

We always send a digital mockup for your approval before production begins, so please check it carefully — production only starts once you confirm it is correct.
